For anyone who might be wondering, and because I saw a "testing" comment come through, I thought it would be good to note the current state of comments here.

I haven't installed a spam filter or a CAPTCHA system on this site yet, but I still want to let people leave comments. To save my readers from the evils of unfiltered spam comments, I leave commenting on, but each comment requires approval. Please, by all means, leave your comments. I'll approve them within a few days. Unless they're worthless, such as the spam comments I see, or "testing" comments. I don't want those, and won't post them. So yes, your test didn't visibly appear to you, but I saw it, and if your post had any content to it, so would you.

Before too long, I'll get a spam filter up, and then we can be rid of these workarounds. Though I still reserve the right to edit or remove comments at my discretion.
